At Indigo Pure, most of our products are delivered digitally, so there are no delivery charges. If you purchase a physical item (like a printed journal), applicable shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.
Digital products are available for instant download right after purchase. For any physical products, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location.
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your download link (for digital items) or shipping details (for physical items). You can also view your orders under your account dashboard.
Yes, an invoice is automatically sent to your registered email address once your order is confirmed.

For digital products, orders cannot be canceled once processed. For physical products, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order to request any changes or cancellations.
If your order includes physical items, you’ll receive a tracking number once the package is shipped so you can follow its journey until it reaches you.
